To raise family incomes, standards of living and independence of the rural population placing emphasis on the disabled, women and youth.

Objectives:

1. To increase the income of rural families through environmentally and economically sustainable income generating initiatives
   
2. To improve access to health care and advice, and to increase the health of rural communities
   
3. To provide access to education, and to improve the education levels of rural communities
   
4. To raise the morals and value standards of communities in accordance with Christian teaching and practices
